PhotoToss

The honest photo cleaner

Keep what matters. Toss the rest.

Swipe through your camera roll like a game — and never pay a weekly subscription to delete your own photos.

Get the launch email

One email when it launches. That is the whole plan.

Three steps, and one of them is optional

  1. Swipe

Right to keep, left to toss. Your thumb already knows how this works.

  2. Change your mind

Everything you tossed waits in the bin. Undo as often as you like — nothing is deleted while you are still deciding.

  3. Empty the bin

One tap clears the lot, and your phone tells you exactly how much space came back. Until you tap it, nothing has been deleted at all.

Two prices. Both of them are the whole price.

$19.99

a year

Cancel in Settings, in one tap, like anything else.

$29.99

once

Pay once. Never again. That is the entire offer.

In euros: €19.99 a year, €29.99 once. Same numbers, not a conversion — kept boring on purpose.

Or don't pay at all

50 swipes a day, free, forever. That number does not quietly shrink once you are used to it, and there are no ads in the free tier either.

No account. No cloud. No subscription that renews while you are not looking.

What we read before building this

We went through around 500 one-star reviews of the popular photo cleaners. Almost none of them were about the swiping. They were about the billing.

I click to start the free trial, and INSTANTLY i was charged with 24.12$

I had to call APPLE to get the cancellation to take

Charging me $6.99 for 13 different months sometimes twice a month

Typical pricing in this category, checked July 2026: $6.99 to $9.99 per week. That is over $400 a year to delete your own photos.

Every source above is a link. Follow them. We would rather you checked than took our word for it.

Your photos never leave your phone

There is no account, no cloud, and no upload. The swiping, the bin, and the deleting all happen on your device.

Two things do leave: anonymous usage counts, so we can tell which screens confuse people, and — only if you use date-and-place labels — a coarse location lookup. Nothing else, and never a photo. We would rather tell you that than round it down to 'nothing'.

I built the opposite of what I found

Before writing a line of PhotoToss, I read about 500 one-star reviews of the popular photo cleaners. Almost none of them were about the swiping. They were about the billing — trials that charged on day zero, someone who had to phone Apple to make a cancellation stick, charges landing thirteen months in a row.

The going rate in this category is $6.99 to $9.99 a week. That is over $400 a year to delete your own photos.

So: $19.99 a year, or $29.99 once and never again. Fifty swipes a day free, forever — and that number never shrinks to nudge you. No ads. No account. Your photos never leave your phone.

I am one person, based in Europe. That is not a plea for sympathy — it is the reason the pricing works. There is no growth team here that needs your subscription to renew.
